Where are your traditional portraits???

I feel choosing the best photographer for YOUR needs and style is key to being happy with your results.
Our state is filled with absolutely AMAZING photographers with every style for every need! I am a lifestyle photographer who very rarely poses anyone. You will find that I may guide you, but to get the natural effect from your images that I love, if I pose too much..the feeling goes away. If you don't see in my gallery what you are looking for, I would be more than happy to point you in the right direction.

When do we see our images?

Generally, I like to schedule your presentation of images within 2 weeks of your session date. From the presentation date, your order will be processed within 24 hours and will be available for pick up within a week. The only exceptions to this may be the holiday season.

What should I wear to my session?

I get asked this question every single session. The first thing I tell everyone is, keep it simple, keep it YOU.  Lean more towards solids rather than prints, layers and accessories can make a session. Hats, jewelry, headbands...anything that can be taken on and off easily that can dress up an outfit is pretty awesome. If you are at a total loss...I will help you! When having your family photo done, in the past, families liked to do the matchy, matchy thing. I say, compliment each other, yes. Match, no. We are all unique individuals, that should always shine through!

Where do you hold your sessions?

I LOVE photographing outside, on location. I would photograph this way 100%, all the time....BUT we live in Maine. A fantastic state and wonderful place to raise a family for sure, but c'mon, lets be honest, Maine's weather is either fabulous or winter.
I have a brandy new studio for those "winter" months and on location any other time...you know, when the sun actually comes out.
